Don't know if it is the same but I used to play in a poolroom at Flatbush and Albamarle. It was downstairs like the room in the movie 'Mean Streets'. Hey, what's a Mook?

It's been a while, but I believe that the downstairs room in Mean Streets was Patsy's on Delancy Street, east of Clinton Street, on the Lower East Side. Scorsese liked to film in the "neighborhood". Could be wrong.
