Cue Id and Madden Cue Worth?

Hi wondering if anyone can id this cue with 2 shafts no markings I can find and the rubber butt cap has Ktm logo stamped on it.

Also have a nice Madden cue with 2 shafts thinking about selling any thoughts on fair price on it? 2 shafts ivory ferrules

Any used market interest on these brands of cues? Should I go Ebay or here on the for sale forum?
anyone suggest some fair prices to put on these, thanks a bunch
 
The second cue is not a Madden but a John McGuffy if I recall. I had one, same buttcap and same signature on the forearm. Let me check my records. He was out of Washington if I recall.
 
I went back over my records and his name is Joe McGlaughlin out of Everett, WA. My cue was from the early 90’s. I had the same stainless buttcap and the stainless “buttplug” joint protectors. The forearm I believe is Prather made. Great hitting cue. I think I sold mine for $400 give or take.
