Super Billiards expo postponed again...

Next year I’d consider attending and maybe bring home a new cue at the same time.
There are several tournament fields that would be great to compete in and it would be
a kick to do it with some others I know. But not this year since it just ain’t worth the risk.
You cannot jam that many people into a group from all regions of the nation & not expect
that there will be the risk of COVID infections. Folks, this virus isn’t going away for awhile.

Very smart man and I agree.

Sometimes we have to sacrifice what we want to do for the better good.

Too many walks of life and people are going to get infected and die.

Regrettably, this is the wisest path.

Regardless of restrictions being lifted, who in their right mind is going to want to climb aboard a flying petri dish to go to a pool event in the foreseeable future?

I have accumulated a goodly amount of discretionary funds to travel to pool events, courtesy of my lovely wife, Gail. I was thinking of a VIP seat at Bogie's for their 1pocket event and perhaps the CSI One Pocket in Vegas.

But not at the moment.

IMO all event promoters out there should factor in people's well placed concerns into their plans. Just because the gov says OK doesn't mean people are going to flock to any event. Thankfully, people have more sense than that.

So for me, hopefully, 2021, you'll see me all over the place. But 2020, not so much.

Great. Just great. :frown:
And I see that the 25th is a play date in Norfolk and not just the players' meeting. Sigh.
