Pros: Light is evenly on the entire table, with no shadow or darkness at the edge and corner. Can be mounted higher than central light. The light in the pic is 80 inches from the ground.
Cons: There will be visible seams where the pieces are joined together. But can be solved by wrapping black tape or black silicon.

WPA request the bed and rails of the table must receive at least 520 lux of light at every point. This particular light offers average of 1028 LUX for the entire table surface (tested light fixture is 55'' from table cloth). Check your light if it meets the requirement.

2. How much assembly is required.

3. I have a low ceiling and have 52" between the bed of my table and my drop ceiling. Will this distance properly accommodate this fixture above my 9 foot table.

2. 1-2hours to install the light.
3. Recommend light height is 45-55'' from table surface. It sounds like you have a 82'' ceiling, it will work in your case. I have several customers with 82'' ceiling.

I can talk through install as well, I just built one with 1" clearance between my garage door and the light, such a nice fit and great lighting
