Hand wheel on my delux

Hellow all. The hind wheel on the carriage of my delux sticks or does not engage all the time. Many attempts at adjusting set screws and countless busted knuckles later, I humbly request advice from you seasoned professionals. God bless you and have a great day

This is why I bought my lathe from Chris. Best in class products and service. Think about how many companies you deal with that you can say this about.

Absolutely 100% correct. I had issues with my out of the box Laguna wood lathe (I still turn bowls). Getting anyone on the phone was impossible and a message was never returned on issues on a warranty that was two weeks old.

Mr. Hightower has always promptly answered any and all of my stupid questions directly
 
your little brass gear is missing some teeth...................... I have replaced mine twice in 10 years

Would you send me a picture of the brass ring in correct place please? I appreciate any advice. My carriage is locking up again out of nowhere and so is the crosslide
