What is light under 4.5 for the shaft portion?

One of the lightest I’m aware of, my Jacoby only weighs 6.5 oz overall. I believe the shaft is 4.3 oz. That makes for a very weight forward cue that I find perfect for my dart stroke.

It‘s also worth mentioning that a jump cue must be at least 40” long to be legal...

What is light under 4.5 for the shaft portion?

I think the butt's weight is more important, and since they only have to be 11" long (for 40" total), that might be automatic.
