Try Louie Mueller's in Taylor, TX; Blacks or Kreuz's Market in Lockhart. I predict you'll not return to Rudy's. I once spent a week touring central Texas just to try and evaluate all the 'famous' BBQ houses. I keep going back to Mueller's and Blacks years later.

What’s holding the lock up? I’m guessing it’s threaded through a hole in the pole.
I took my wife and kids to an indoor one of these. It was an absolute blast. Turns out my daughter has some natural talent, in a couple of hours they had her doing flips. It was fun to watch her three brothers trying to keep up.
