SCAMMED SO I POSTED ON THE WANTED PAGE, I PERSON WHO HAS A AZ BILLIARD ACCT. CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE CUE I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THEN SEND ME PICS. MAKED A DEAL TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY TO PAY WAS PAYPAL SO I DID. AFTER I PAID ALL COMMUNICATION STOPPED. SO HERE IS THE PERSON, NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, AND PAY PAYPAL ACCT. BATISTA 401 N. E. Did you pay F&F?? If so you probably are fk'd. NEVER use F&F unless they really are a friend(there are a few AZr's i've F&F'd but not many) or family, hence the name.

F & F is something I do not do, or ever ask for.

Besides you are scamming PayPal, JMHO.
 
So comforting to know that you are out there policing everyone's PayPal practices. THOUSANDS of people do it EVERYDAY with no issues. Just have to be careful. I don't give a flying fk about the asswipes that run Ppal.

Well I understand your point, but do not agree.

Friends & Family is in honor system.

The people who started PayPal like other who start a business do so to make money. Plus the people also employee others.

Many try to start a business, but fail, loosing their investment.

Couldn't have said it better. I take him off 'Ignore' from time-to-time for entertainment. The fun is usually very short lived.

Been less than a week. Wanted ad posted Sunday night, started screaming scam Thursday, so sometime in those four days a payment was sent but a cue was not received.

Call the National Guard.

Did the same thing once and got duly hammered for it. Gotta give it a few days.

Not likely with PayPal. They make a boat load of money investing the balances in member's accounts, "float". They know there is going to be the occasional F & F transaction that is neither friend nor family. There are also many free alternatives that fall into the F & F category, CashApp, Zelle, etc.

They will always have transactions where they take their cut as you have to be pretty confident in someone to use F & F for an actual purchase.
 
Well e-bay & PayPal have apparently parted their relationship recently.

You can buy with PalPal, but payment must now go to Checking account.
