What Kind of Chalk Does Jayson Shaw Use?

Yes they put a little foam in there to keep it from moving around but the box seems to be a perfect fit for 9.
Considering the shipping cost was the same for 9 piece as it was for 6, in addition to the slightly lower per piece price, after trying out the chalk, I had no issue with ordering 9. They will disappear in no time as soon as some of our players give it a chance.

Jason Shaw use of this Chalk I am sure we’ll drive sales, some people will have to have it.
Perhaps one of the most overlooked aspects of this 714 run is that I never witnessed Jason request to have either the object balls cleaned or the cue ball marked and cleaned. Compare that to other previous players. If that’s not a testament as to the quality of this Taom chalk and how it can prevent potential chalk marks and skids, I don’t know what it is!

Anyone can run 700 balls using Taom chalk, especially on a gaffed table. ;);)

I need new chalk, yeah that's the ticket (in my best Jon Lovett voice).

I had a budget I wanted to spend and the 6 pack was it. The 9 pack would have made it about 1 dollar cheaper a piece before figuring in shipping and taxes. Im thinking the amount Ive been playing the 6 pieces will last me a very long time ,like 6 years or more.

Yes, I’m counting on selling 7 of my 9 pieces and making enough profit to pay for the 2 I’m keeping for myself.

Everytime i hear Taom i think of the guy at poolhall that dropped his a couple times and had to chase it down the floor. Stuff rolls like a cueball. ;) I tried it and yeah its sorta expensive but for me the shape is just wrong. My hand is just too used cubes.

I don't doubt this... Honestly I don't really stress about chalk and have been living off the same 100pc box I bought decades ago. That said I thought it might be smart to prevent undo cleaning of my soon to be freshly reclothed table. Little did I know how much this stuff costs...

109euro for 9 pieces = $155cdn

I didn't need to get to the shipping calculator...lol

Wow, that Canadian to Euro rate sucks. The US to Euro rate would make that chalk $124 for 9 pieces, or just under $13 apiece. Add the shipping and it’s more like $16 apiece. yes, expensive, in fact nearly the wholesale cost of an entire 144 piece gross box of master chalk. It does however, last a very long time, but not 144 times as long!

I'm trusting google on the conversion.

...and yes that's what I bought all those years ago. 144pc 'gross' box

Think I may just pick up one of those fancy Simonis cleaners and decent dedicated vacuum...lol

serious question....why didn't you just buy 1 piece to try it out?
The reason I didn't buy just 1 was I didn't want to be paying around 36+ dollars for 1 piece. It was cheaper in the long run to buy 6 at 26 dollars a piece and I could always sell some if I wanted to .
