Hello, need help identifying a cue.

I was wondering if anyone can help me identify this cue. I'm told it's either a Jeff olney or a Pete Olney. Theres no name or markings anywhere on the cue. Thank you in advance. Hope the pictures aren't blurry had to convert it to a smaller file to attach to this thread

I have a couple, both 3/8 x 11 and engraved. They're a few years old.

I think the thin rings and the proportions, which I find off, between the Hoppe ring and the butt will be the key identifiers.
