I *think* he's Spider Web cues... been posting on here for years.
Seems like he's best known (at least in my memory) for his butterfly cues.
Bill is the real deal. Started in the 80's. Great guy. Great Cue maker. His points and butterflies are as good as anyone's. His butterflies are better than most..jmo
