Instead, because of your insistence to defend a fraud, we continue to rehash the same argument over and over to try and pound it through your skull. Here is the thing, for the most part Deanoc doesn't just get brought up with multi page threads denigrating him for the hell of it. First off the truth deserves to be exposed, and reminded of, but that aside, it is only when people of your ilk want to keep defending scammers and scamming that people rightfully speak up and say that no, it is not in fact ok, and is actually morally reprehensible contrary to your belief and that is what makes it end up going pages.

Except for a quick comment here or there, people aren't sitting around discussing Deanoc and his scams. What causes the big discussions is when your kind jumps in to defend it, when it is indefensible, and obviously good people aren't going to accept such corruption. If you don't want your support of scamming to end up being opposed by people, then stop constantly proclaiming your support for the scamming and the scammers, and then you won't have to hear people denigrating your beloved scamming that you hold so dear.

LOL at every shill and crony in this thread, defending someone for outright scamming people, by lying and misrepresenting his goods.

Second, I love how people are defending the so called "value" of these cues. We all saw the pictures. Granted, they will probably perform ok as a cue, but so would a whittled stick with a leather tip on it, and if you're willing to shill out an astronomical 60 bucks for a players cue, it's probably close to a wash at the very least in playability, but probably in quality as well.

But he didn't sell them at 60 dollars, but rather 10 times that. At 600 dollars, these "cues" would be competing against a Mezz cue on price (full retail, with ld or regular shaft). I don't think I know any person who's ever picked up or hit with a Mezz who thinks this comparison would be favourable to the Schmelke. I defy you to find a person able to compare those and say that the Schmelke was better quality. You'd have to go to a loonybin to find that guy, or an institute for the blind (and probably chop the poor blind guys fingertips off, to boot). But of course we are forgetting the dealers profit...Let's say he was a reasonable man, only adding 50% on to full retail. Well, at that price (400) you could get a Joss, a McDermott or a Pechauer, quite nice looking at full retail, all made in the US. I can guarantee that they would have better finish and workmanship than the cue we all saw the pictures of. Keep in mind you could easily get either of those cues as low in price as slightly above 200 dollars, brand new from a low price dealer. I bet a cue dealer could get them a lot cheaper than that. How much did he pay for those Schmelkes, I wonder? 100 bucks? Healthy 500% profit there. A salesman like Dean might even have gotten down to 60, I'd think. Thats 1000% percent. With no brick and mortar store expenses, that's making a pretty decent penny for a minimum of work. You have to admire the salesman who scammed his customers this way, then having his friends and victims praise him afterwards. It's almost like a superpower.
