Looks like a custom, with Meucci influence, but a big pin.

I think that is some type of cue conversion that originated as a Brunswick Master Stroke or similar lower end Brunswick cue. The buttcap was added, as well as the white decorative rings and the linen wrap. The joint pin was converted and new joint rings added. A new shaft was made with matching joint rings.
