SVB-Gomez.....??

After your post here, the promoter posted in the live streams forum,

21-11 ROBERTO
21-12 ROBERTO
I hate even saying this but this deal has a 'made-4-tv' feel to it. Its almost like its planned to go to the final set. If RG wins the third is it over or are they playing all five regardless? Just can't picture SVB losing by these margins on a bb.

What game are they playing on the bar table and is it winner breaks? If so, perhaps Gomez is putting packages together and hence the lopsided scores.

Here's the facebook video link to Thursday's short money race of Alaska's top player Richey Orem beating Gomez with a house cue for cash. Shane is watching in the background, love the reactions lol.
Richey ain't no slouch, he won the Reno Open in December 2006 lol-- a young SVB was in that tourney (25th), and then SVB won in 2007.
Here's the 2006 results:

Do they win 4K per set from the promoter? In other words if Gomez wins 4 sets and Shane wins one, Gomez goes home with 16k and Shane goes home with 4K? That’s how the poster reads to me.

That first link just goes to his facebook main page, and from there you cannot go to the video section without logging in. Can you or somebody post a direct link to the video instead for those that don't have facebook etc and can't log in? Thanks.

FB only afaik.

I figured, but was hoping for the direct link to the video. The link provided only appears to go to Richie's home page (which in turn then requires an account sign in before you can do anything else like go to his videos page), or at least for me the link only takes me to his home page rather than going directly to the video itself. I'm hoping someone can post a link that goes directly to the video itself so as to hopefully avoid the need for an account sign in to be able to navigate to the video.

Unfortunately the direct link wouldn't link to my post. Create a dummy facebook account, it's simple.

No thanks on the fake account. It won't be directly clickable as posted (but anyone would be able to copy and paste it and quickly make it work) but you can post the link on here by leaving off all of the https://www. part at the front, and then put a space in the middle of the .com part so it looks more like ".c om", and you may also have to add another space or two at some random place in the rest of the URL but that usually isn't needed. From there anyone can just copy and paste it, remove the spaces, and wala, working direct link.

I can't understand why it won't let you post the direct link as is but neither here nor there. If anybody knows I'm curious though.
