Hi Everyone, I am glad I seen this so I can nip it in the butt.. DeeShooter is not being honest, he had his cue sent directly from the seller/manufacture "champion" brand cues to us and we matched it to his butt. His cue arrived with warped butt, I told him this was the problem and he agreed after putting the original new shaft on it and check it. Then a few days later he started asking me to send him $100 as it wasn't the butt anymore. Then after a another week he then said tip fell off. I told him to return the shaft and we would fix it. He then wanted me to send him two tips out and he would have them put on there. I sent him out one tip. We guarantee all of our shafts and we work with our

That guy has been on AZ all of a week. Not putting much stock in his story after I talked to Spr.Cues via email and got this same info. They went out of their way to answer all my questions as well. Seems like a well run outfit to me.
I have tried it and the quality is not there! I sent my brand new butt to them to have the new shaft fitted and when I got it back it shaft still had a wobble to it they blame it on my brand new shaft but when I bought a Cuetec carbon fiber shaft it rolled straight as an arrow and the diameter was perfect from shaft to butt. You get what u pay for....about the same quality as Alibabaexpress.com carbon fiber shafts made in China.
They wanted me to send it back and pay for shipping but I wasn't going to waste any more or my money and bought me a Cuetech with 0% financing for 12 months...LOL! IF they had my butt the first time and couldn't get it right why am I going to send them it again and waste more money and time.
From my perspective, if you want to be taken seriously and not considered some shady fly-by-night group that ordered some tubes, I'd suggest you invest in photographing your own product. When your website is using an image of a Predator Revo, you lose all credibility with informed consumers who also think you should respect others intellectual property - including their photos.
I have nothing but high praise for my XLR8 from Matt Bargerstock. Matt does a great job.
What makes you so sure that is a Revo? I'm not seeing a logo. When i bought my cf shaft from them they offered me a choice in ferrule color and choice of tip. I chose a white ring on the ferrule and a Kamui clear tip. I'm thinking I could also have ordered as seen in the photo.
Zoom in... There is a REVO logo, and that is a Predator Victory Tip with the red silencer.,.. He don't want to take REAL picture of his own product because its the product is hot garbage, I bought one and it fell apart after a week or so of using it and it came with a wobble in the shaft. I do not recommend to anyone who is a serious pool shooter!! No better than a Chinese knock off!! Don't buy!
I wish I would have tried him instead of this Springfield Carbon Fiber shaft!! I lost $250 bucks.....and reputable cue makers will not make you pay if you have a defective product. I didn't break cue but came with issues and if that is the case the manufacturer should pay to correct a faulty issues if it was not the user's fault, but that's just my opinion.
REALLY not being honest!!! So the picture of my tip falling off is not being honest. And when I told you I took it to a cue repair shop and they said it was the joint, YOU told me it was my butt (my brand new butt that I sent you first and you did not test YOUR SHAFT for straightness before sending it back!!) I would have uploaded a video on how bad it was but I can only upload pictures. You did not test for straightness on a butt the was sent to you for that specific reason. I asked you for that discount so I can have it fixed here instead of sending it back to you!! There is no ulterior motive you product was not quality and was HOT garbage. I wish I didn't try and save a $149 buck and buy your product.
