Center to edge an aiming system or just natural aiming explained?

I can run a table of 9 ball faster than Luc Salvas....I can do a video of me running one of his racks.
Update: after further review I am not really using ghost ball.

  1. I am walking into my next shot, chalking or not...I am not a habitual chalker.
  2. My body naturally aligns to the english I need as I approach the shot. I do not stand behind the ball...my "aiming" is a fluid motion. I may pause slighty if waiting for the cueball to arrive for me, air guitar my cue, and rock on my back foot like you see the pros do a lot before dropping down on the shot. ie filler or shaw or the more natural shooters. Some players do this while chalking.
  3. I just drop in the shot...no eye patterns because they are fatiguing. If I drop off the english I aligned for then I will feel off balanced or twisted...this is how I confirm I am good...also I can see if everything looks good too...but sometimes you have to trust your body not your eyes.

By all means do so.
I shot this in a pool hall with a headcam, then came home and split screen it with the actual Luc Salvas runout.
(I even gave him a slight head start )

P.S this was the one and only attempt I made. It wouldn't have been fair if I got to run the rack multiple times to get familiar with it first.

Where'd the last ball come from? Regardless, cosmo. I don't even use the term but I think it's appropriate. Even if you randomly toss the balls out, I'd like to see an hour of flawless runs. Can do?

Oh the 6 ball hung in the pocket...but I hit it pocket speed so it should have dropped...pool hall table, humidity whatever it should have dropped. BUT like I said this was my one and only attempt at this rack since that's all Luc Salvas had.

I don’t use any edge for aiming except on very thin cuts. There I said it.

I guess I’m banned now.

oh so you can run 5 balls then, if you already know the pattern they will be in, but obviously not 6. BTW, what do you win if you do it faster? Why does speed matter?

So you think you outdid the Salvas video, yet you didn't even make all the balls, that's precious. How do we know it was even you shooting. I play 1p so speed pool means nothing to anybody I play with. What I want to see is how you just naturally fall on the shot line and english. If you have any friends why not get one to hold the camera and get you shooting a rack so we can see what we're all hoping to be some day.

Line up behind the spot like you're going to shoot a ball into the far corner pocket. Take a few practice strokes, close your eyes, slow take away, pause and stroke through to finish(hand to chest), tip should be straight thru spot, and down on cloth. Do that a few times and then have someone place CB on spot while your eyes are closed without telling you. The CB will go smoothly into corner pocket and your hand will be at your chest. Your problem, like so many others is that you focus on CB instead of your "finish"(CB last lookers excluded). Even when they look at OB last they're still anticipating contact with CB(focused) instead of "finish". Once you set your cue tip to CB, take a few practice strokes and switch eyes to OB you should just be concentrating on OB and speed, the CB is just something that's in the way. Of course there are times when the shot won't allow you to get to finish, but for practicing you should be focused on finish once you've set cue tip position.

I spent some time with a girl and she would twist the cue, slide from side to side, and miscue a lot, but her stroke and stance looked good up until contact with CB. She was subconsciously slowing down, twisting, and all kinds of weird stuff anticipating the hit on CB which she was focused on. I did the same little drill above with her and she barely knew she had made contact until she opened her eyes just before ball went into corner pocket, smooth as butter. Her stroke changed after that with a little more practice

That's the most annoying troll on the forum. Wonder how they're doing?
I refuse to jump in and see that madness anymore, I haven't been there in a year or more. They can't get that all aiming systems have 1 factor in common and that is you have to contact/hit the object ball at a certain spot and then it goes into the hole no matter what aiming system you use! Not everyone can use the same aiming system, one of the most common systems out there, ghost ball system is one I cannot visualize or use.

And here I was thinking I was alone in this world. Thank you sir! lol

Actually you only made 3 balls in a row, not 5. And who continues a run after clearly missing (the 6 ball)?
