Can anyone say that they are surprised? For a man in his 60s at this point of his career, he should never have been put in this position, playing against top pro players in their 20s and 30s.Earl falling apart
Earl seems like a rational, level headed person so I’m sure this is the course he’ll take…Let’s not get too down about it. Hopefully he can identify what was working well in the first three racks and apply that in the next match.
