Let me try to help you help yourself. Carbon fiber shafts have been discussed here many times. You can use the search function of the forum to find all the answers to the questions you asked. But there's also a google trick that I use all the time when researching a topic (any topic).
If you start with your search phrase then add "site:" and the site you want to search in this case "site:
https://forums.azbilliards.com/" google will display all the results it has indexed for that site. So for this search I typed in "carbon fiber foam site:
https://forums.azbilliards.com/" and as you can see it returned 160 results. You'll also notice that the sub forum is also listed so you can narrow what you look at by just looking at the results from the "Ask The Cuemaker" rather than having to look through all the "For Sale" or "Main" subforum results. It also gives you a short excerpt that gives you an idea of the content of the post. Give it a shot, you'll learn a lot and maybe even get your questions answered.
Not trying to be a dick, genuinely trying to help. I assume the reason you haven't had any replies is these questions have been asked and answered many times here and cuemakers are too busy to be answering the same questions over and over. I use this trick all the time and it has saved me a lot of time.
Be sure to switch up your search terms:
carbon fiber foam
carbon fiber ferrule
carbon fiber glue
carbon fiber epoxy
carbon fiber vault pad
etc.....
If, after exhausting all your searches, you still have questions, then post away. You won't get a lot of hand holding here, but if you truly put in some effort it will be noticed and you will get the help you need. It also helps to lurk for a while before posting questions.
Here's an example, hope it helps!
