I know some of the "standard" Black cues can still be ordered new. I think the one you posted is "After Six" and current retail for a new one is somewhere around $2300.

Probably the best way is to post it in the For Sale section and see what happens.

Absolutely, but that's a cost to the buyer, lowering their buying power and potentially the value of the cue
