Help with Cue identification. Anyone recognize the signature?

Just bought this Titlist conversion. Anyone recognize the signature? Any help is appreciated.

According to the cue blue book Hicks did change how he marked his cues and did move to Forearm signature - so your cue could very well be a Hicks cue / is it a 3/8 10 joint pin? It seems that was his standard.
Not trying to prove a point - just trying to help you identify cue maker.

Thank you. I won’t actually know the thread until I get the cue Thursday, but from the 1 picture of the pin, it looks more like a 3/8-14 to me.
