New Billiard Tech: Air Bridge

And why do you think it would be better than simply bridging with the same hand you have holding your silly contraption?

Using my hand I have limited reach.

The air bridge has more versatility and can be mounted for more unusual shots in a wide range of applications with the portable air bridge mount.

Wow...that big? Your parents must be so proud.

Dad filmed it. He bought the table 24 years ago. It kept me at home for hs and college and grad school.

The table brought me closer to my family.

I would add a helium balloon to help stabilize the air bridge. You might need a fishing reel to lower the balloon so you don’t get it tangled in the light though.

For my home table I have an overhead truss for mounting other research equipment.

I have thought about a stroke stabilizer for players with parkinsons.

If I had parkinsons and had to choose between giving up pool or playing with additional tools, then I am playing with additional tools.

The objective of inventing new equipment is to make it easier or highlight a specific physics principle.

Another problem statement is people with low vision or partial blindness could benefit from advances in todays technology. Which advancements would help them most to enjoy billiards at a recreational level?

The fishing reel idea is in the works. If you have seen my Object ball retrieval system there is a lot of overlap.

I have some pocket research I will hold back on. Thanks for the design input.
