Help me find Sailor cue...

This is a total shot in the dark but wanted to see if I can drum anything up. A friend of mine who lives in Racine, WI had Sailor make him a cue many years ago. He sold the cue because he stopped playing and had other interests. I know nothing about this cue other than his name is on it. His initials are RS. Anyone have a Sailor cue custom made for some random dude:)? I do know that the cue is fairly basic. Thanks!

Since your shooting in the dark. There is a member here that has quite a collection of Sailor Cues. I know he did at least, I just searched his username here and he has not been on since March of 2021. It might be worth trying to messsge him with a PM here.

His username is JimS. I do know his true name and the town he lives in which is in Illinois. Give it a shot, you gory nothing to lose by trying.

I took some lessons from Frank in Racine some years ago. Quite the character and a great guy. RIP Frank! Lots of us miss him.


I got to meet Franks son Kelly once, he was a cabinet maker, boxer and pool player among other things and a very nice guy. I was about to recommend trying to contact him but something made me look him up first.

To my dismay he passed away at 61 from cancer back in 2020. I was shocked to find he had died so young. He and Frank were very close. RIP to Kelly Stellman.

Morning,
I live in Racine, played at Sailor's Grill and Recreation about 50 years ago. After a 40 year sabbatical from the game, I picked it back up. I've got a Sailor I would likely part with. Also have a couple I could use help valuating.

It's entirely possible that you and I played in there at the same time. Perhaps even together… 👍
