challenging eight ball

when i was in my prime and hard to get a local game i'd give this spot in eight ball: i'll shoot banks and combinations only and three rails on the eight ball. you can shoot regular eight ball but no slop. we both call every pocket. many takers. sure i'd loose a few for the cheap money and i'd win many. but the goal was to get the game for bigger cash that they wanted to play.

i still play this game of eight ball, basically my creation of eight ball variation. try it. far more challenging for good players of similar caliber to play.

I played a similar game for years with several friends. They all sucked at the game so I would play banks, caroms and combos.
I would also have to play last pocket.

It was tough but I won most at a buck a game.

It’s super challenging, defense was the key for me.
It was easy to leave the cue ball in spots that were difficult for players who can’t play well.
