Does anyone know the name of and/or the rules to this game? It is a carom game played on pocket billiard table. It uses the 1, 3, & 11 ball. I have attached a link from YouTube.

the 4 ball game you only touch the red balls not the other cueball and no pocketing allowed either lol
4 ball carom is totally different game. I as often I can Shooter´s Pool 3-cushion with Korean origin player called Sang who lives in L.A.
He is very strong player.
We chat all kind stories when play and he told me about all carom games they play in Korea and this is one of them too.
Of course no pockets but Taiwanese carom pocketing does nothing. They just get spotted back to table..

It's called Taiwanese carom or 235.

Super fun but really hard. Like really hard. I think most players shouldn't play it if you don't have a strong cue ball.

Taiwanese carom is played on a pool table, NOT a carom table.
Even though there are other variations of the game played on carom tables.

There are 4 balls including the cue ball. 1 white, 1 yellow and 2 reds. Color matters but number doesn't.

It's a 3-sequence game in order to score 1 point.

  1. Carom Yellow/Red or Red/Yellow first. you have the option
  2. Carom red/red second.
  3. Carom the cue ball into all 3 balls IN ANY ORDER last.
if you carom the cue ball into all 3 balls OUT OF TURN it's a foul. And you lose your turn at the table.

All balls pocketed intentionally or unintentionally are not a foul but the balls pocketed return to a designated spot on the table.

Exactly. The people I saw playing did the triple carom maybe once in a whole game and it was pretty random.
I've had Robert Gomez run 3 consecutive points on me.

In Houston we play if you foul, i.e. hit all 3 balls out of turn, you owe every player whatever the bet is for 1 point.

Once we were playing with 4 people including myself for $20 a point. I fouled and it cost me $60

Fouling is more common than you think.

It's easy to hit all 3 balls when you don't want to 😂
