At this hotel rooms come with refrigerators, and if you arrive early, and your room is available they will accommodate you, and not charge you an early room entry fee.
Last year at the Tropicana.... It cost U an EXTRA $20 a day for a room refrigerator, and a Surcharge to get in your room before 4pm, even if it wa$ ready.

I don't think the Trop care/cared too much about their customer service in the last year or two... since it's going to be imploded.
