When your opponent is on a roll and shooting well, is it just me or should they NOT be allowed to take a break while it's your inning at the table. It's intentional from my point of view.
What's your thoughts.
It's always in the past been it has to be on your turn.

Always been a move either in a local home town rooms, or the pro events to attempt to freeze opponents with B-Room breaks.

Speaking as a >50yr old man. When I gotta go, it's going to happen, so I think there does need to be an understanding that requirements for a washroom may just need to happen regardless of the timing. Now that opens the door to what you're describing. Unfortunate reality I think. While I always try to wait for my inning. I think it more appropriate to happen prior to the next break off regardless of who it belongs to.

In Mickey's case (most recent example), he fell apart well before Dang took his break.

It's pretty straightforward in an alternate break format - you go when it's your turn or it's a one rack penalty should be a standard tournament rule. Winner breaks I can see both sides - maybe allow one "timeout" per hour or per x number of racks? Either way, it should imo be transparent and fair to both players.

But this WNT event playing for 250K 1st place.... is winner break.
Having played in all three pro tours, it's what we did, but times do change.

Yep, and it's now a full on pro tour. "Timeout" may well be the way to go. I do think, however, that most of the players on the tour just roll with it.

I hope you all don't ever develop a weak bladder...lol

I agree 80% of the time it's a move, but we need to open the possibility that a player could be in honest need. Waiting for you inning in a winner break format would result in the stoppage of play mid rack. Then we'd be dealing with "what's going on?" in stream chats, and complaints that they should be waiting for the stalls in action between racks.
