Funny pic/gif thread...

I managed a gas station back in the late 80's/early 90's that had these. We would go hide behind a pump and untie the knot and blow into the hose and the bell would ring constantly.

Oh, and when a co-worker was taking a sh** we'd sprinkle gas on a paper towel and slide it under the door and light it up :) (all brick building)

There was a local guy who became a cop while I worked there, one day he came in and used our phone to order pizza so he didn't have to wait that long when he got home. After he left we called the pizza place and had them bring 10 empty pizza boxes to show up at his door. LOL.

I've got stories for days from that place.

That's a very nice... uhhh, what is it? Or are you just a tinkerer like me that feels an urge to grab everything that could be repurposed?

Looks like part of a server rack to me. @FairladyZ should know (if he hasn't replied yet, I'm getting caught up). I don't think a CNC machine would have that many openings to help keep it clean and that black metal looks just like a server rack I used to own.

Some open frame power supplies and some unknown boards.... Some closeups of the boards would be helpful...but shot in the dark is some kind of power setup for a camera / security system.

A friend of mine would bring a 5 gallon water jug that he would put frozen fruit juice jugs in them to keep them cold . Then add pre cooked steak and hamburgers in jip loc bags if he was only gone for a couple of days hard boiled eggs also .

I've got yeti knock off coolers that I take camping and will add 3-4 of the frozen juice jugs to then fill up with other food items , when the cooler is nearly full I put a layer of closed cell foam on top before closing the lid which adds a couple more days of keeping things cold .

If you have to store the coolers outside lay a plastic tarp down first then a packing blanket , setting the cooler on top of them ,then wrap it around the cooler to add more insulation value from the heat of the sun , silver side out on the tarp .

That was what I had to do when the old camper fridge / freezer didn't always work the best and I couldn't afford to fix it , now I upgraded to a newer camper nothing overly fancy but it has many upgraded items like a new fridge freezer and when I've got some lead time I get it plugged in and the battery installed and it hooked up to shore power .

The joy of working county fairs , night shows and rodeos and setting up everything to them before the people arrive to use them a 10 day fair is turned into 30 days to set up then take down afterwards .

I will bet most will not get it or a lot of your posts. So why do you trash this thread with your pictures of bicycles and obscure posts?
Your inner demons are winning. You should seek help.

Just because most don't get something doesn't make it bad.

Holiday in Cambodia is a political song from The Dead Kennedys about the Cambodian Genocide. Jello Biafra is the lead singer. The tape in the window is reminiscent of the Dead Kennedys DK logo.
