NO reply from ULTRA SOFT TIPS !!

I bought a batch from ULTRA SOFT TIPS and paid thru PayPal on July 7. Never received CONTACT NOR TRACKING NO.
I have followed with 4 emails but still NO reply.

IS ANYBODY ELSE EXPERIENCING this sort of thing ?

Maybe on vacation or fell ill.... ?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

A lot of people have been saying the same thing on Facebook. I believe he’s sick and in the hospital.

I also have had an order in for a while now. He's a good guy though, so don't want to cancel it and give him more grief if things work out for him. I just looked at the Paypal policies on my statement and supposedly you have 180 days. Didn't realize it was this long with them. I'm going to give him some time and hope for the best for him.

He was in the hospital a few months ago and closed shop until he was out. He refunded immediately as he wasn't able to fulfill. I had a new order fulfilled since then. He is a great person to deal with and his product is great as well. Hope he'll be fine. Wishing for a speedy and full recovery!

'ULTRASKIN' is the name btw.
 
why beat this guy down or even mention about your order of 50 bucks or so. he is having issues so just wait. and be patient or order some more from elsewhere.

that is why even a few cue makers get mad as people bother them incessantly about their order long before it is even started.
this isnt walmart or amazon. this is the real world of individual people working to make you happy and make a few bucks on it as well.

send him get well cards to his email address if you are a customer.

Just make a paypal claim and get your money back. No one knows what is going on not even those who used to be really close friends. So until someone hears from him we can only assume Ultra Skins are not coming back. I am moving on to SIB for the time being. That is one of Tom's older brands he let his old business partner take over on.
