Will the Predator events in Puerto Rico that runs from November 7,2024 thru November 12, 2024 be affected by the players boycott?

Good question. I wonder if the ban by the ACBS will be in effect there. If not, I wonder if the players will still boycott if the ban is not completely lifted. If so, it will be interesting to see who plays.
