Hard 1x1 hinged cases with latches...Are any worth anything?

I have a few of those old school hard cases that just unlatch and hinge open. Velvet or whatever lined inside. Are these always junk or are there certain ones that might be sought after? Just wondering before I start thinning out my herd. Thanks!

many are super for those that bring one cue like me and nothing else.

but they are also great for cue storage.

the box ones are not worth much. if value is important

Some box cases do bring some decent money - Palmer, Huebler, O’Neil, to name a few. Usually at least 1X2 size.- also Brunswick and Palmer coffin style cases. There may be other names as well. $100 to $30O approx. depending on condition, name, and size

My cousins has a Schmelke case for his Heubler cue. Wonder if that case is worth anything.
