A- it is horribleHey guys, I saw this soft case & really interested in getting one. Very minimalist, but has an accessory pocket. Any clue is there’s still out there or if there’s anyone who still
makes it? Thankyou in advance.

Please send pictures!!! If it’s still good no rips or tears & the padding inside is still ok, not falling apart & bunched up at the bottom, I’ll take it.A- it is horrible
2. don't waste your money
Firstly: I think I have one. If you are in the lower 48 it is yours for 20$ (buyer add payment fees if incurred) , shipped.

Seriously, I was going for the nostalgia…Other than the accessory pocket that case has been out there forever and I owned one when I started playing in the late 60's.
It's so poorly made I eventually had to use electrical tape to keep using it (high school dough). Does it have a red interior?

Many of that style cue case were made in Taiwan. Some had nicer - thicker cloth lining and separate shaft and cue butt compartments. Popular 60s thru late 70s/ early 80s. The well made ones are a nice nostalgic cue case and I always keep a few around just for kicks.

Most of the Taiwan soft cue cases of your style were Maroon cloth interiors. later Chinese soft cues had black cloth interiors. The Gold Piping GEM case that you see pictured is a U.S A made case that had butter soft vinyl outside that was very thick- it looked nicer than leather and would last a lifetime; as this was the old school vinyl that was extremely durable. That GEM case looks like the day it was made in the 60s- it came with a butterfly Brunswick cue that I found the pair at a yard sale about 5 years ago. You don't see that vinyl made anymore- the later Asian soft cases was much, much thinner and cheaper vinyl. The handle on that GEM case was also used on many of the Palmer cue cases in the 60s/70s by FINE brothers case mfg. of NYC. Remarkable how much quality went into U.S.A. made products back then compared to the switch to many Asian mfg. products - both in material and workmanship- stitching , handles, zippers, buckles, etc.Black interior I think
