Elbow Drop - Billiards Digest October 2024

It just doesn't matter.

I'm just a deweeb but on some shots I drop, on others I don't. As long as the stroke is straight and true it doesn't matter.

Lou Figueroa
why does that
remind me of
something...
It's usually the memory that goes first, so plumbing should be ok for awhile yet. Lol.

The Only reason 3C Artistic shots would be somewhat more difficult with 'Pool balls' on a 'Pool table' is because they are 'Smaller/lighter'!

Here's the 'Accordion' shot with 'Pool balls' on a 'Pool table'!

Well good grief, that shot is nothin'.

Lou Figueroa

Go to a pool table with pool balls and video You playing the shot in under 10 attempts!

I'm not doing that again.

The last time it was a shot of yours that you said required an almost magical "perfect stroke" and I posted up video making it on the first try on a tough Diamond. Besides, I have played enough 3C to know how to shoot the accordion and was making it 20 years ago. I've played enough pool to know how to make the adjustment from a 3C table.

No need to get all worked up, you'll disturb the "weaklings" lol.

Look, I just offered my opinion. If you don't like it go pound sand. And, it was the first try on that shot but I'd *love* to hear how you can "prove" udderwise.

No, you’re not going to out anyone.

And, Sayginer did put on the best 3C *exhibition* I have ever seen which would have *nothing* to do with anything except that exhibition, which was mind blowing.

Lou Figueroa
did I mention it
was mind blowing

Isn't that when/where Semih also set the US tournament high run record of 20?

Bill doesn't like any other 3 cushion players getting any love. Semih introduced a lot of us pool players to 3 cushion and what could be done on a billiard table. I've never heard anything but praise regarding his exhibitions.

Maybe, but I don’t rember that.

I was just happy to be able to see guys like him and Ceulemans play with my own two peepers. I also remember watching Marco Marquez playing him and he ran like back-to-back fives but they were wild “pool player playing 3C” runs and not the elegant runs all the billiard players were scoring. Ceulemans didn’t say a word but you could tell he was somewhere between amused and befuddled, lol.
