Anything "black" on a production cue is not ebony.

I would say it's a good chance they might be painted on. It seems to be the way Predator is going these days..

I've seen all of them personally and they're inlays. They're very pretty cues.
Maybe take an in person look at a company's products before you trash them.

I see a lot of Predator products in my shop and quite a few of their recent offerings are painted cues, so that's why I said that it looks to be a trend. I'm not saying every cue they make is a painted cue, but something to be aware of. A perfectly reasonable statement.

Like i said, Predator-ites are a breed unto themselves. I know a couple that are convinced that anything with that cat logo has to be the best. Apparently their advertising works on certain people.
