They look legit. Reconstituted into "leather". Tips right? $12 on the website with package discounts but no CC/DC. Amazon wants 30+.
If nothing else, they look cool. I wouldn't drop $30 just to try one out. But I'd throw $12 at it just out of curiosity. I've spent $12 in far worse ways...

It's times like this I realize that it's probably for the best I don't have a lathe. Otherwise I'd be swapping tips on a spare cue all the time just to play around with them.

Any idea on the durometer reading per hardness ??

That is is their hard 80-83 on the durometer or 82-85 on the durometer ??
 
Are these tip what comes standard with the Rhino shafts?
It doesn’t seem to be layered. It says so on their web site. Maybe it's a new thing
The first one I cut right off and replaced it with Kamui.
I have another shaft that I haven’t used yet
