The Predator employees have no clue. FYI.....If you ever wondered why it took so long to have them do any cue repair the answer is that they only have 1 cue repair guy in the entire Predator group, company wide! That's absolutely pathetic imo. One of the big dogs having 1 cue repair guy is just CHEAPI just talked to Newsome and i'm sorry folks but she has no clue what deflection is. She tried to tell me that the Vantage had least deflection in their wood shafts. Wrong, its the Z3. When i pointed what was printed on their own website she got all defensive. She then tried to tell me that the 12.9Revo was more accurate because it was bigger. Tried to also say that smaller tips deflect more. She has no idea what deflection really is, what causes it or how their own shafts even work. Pretty bad when their own "customer service" people don't understand their own products.
