Unrelated question: If you put the logo back on a stick like this, would it reduce value?

The reason I ask is that I have a plain jane vertical logo where the logo is barely legible. I don't really care if the value drops on that one in particular as it needs a refinish anyway, but I do want to find a stick like OP's one day and might care then.

I don't know anyone who can remark a Huebler, you could check with Proficient, but I don't belive Paul or his estate has ever allowed that.

I have about 20 or so in my collection, and at five of them have damaged marks, almost always the "Cue/s by Huebler" logo that was so softly screened on that a gentle breeze would fade it!

I am trying to find out more info on my Huebler. What do the 2 dots mean? Estimated value? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's a jump/break. The dots I guess show if that joint is screwed down. I have one.

They have been attracting more money these days, as are Huebler cues in general.
