Well used, but not abused Willard tipping machine. Works great and fits in a drawer instead of taking up the space of a lathe. $250.00 shipped and insured. New they sold for 495.00.

Is the side tip cutter the standard one (12.75mm to 13.5mm shaft / tip diameter)?

Trust me I would have rather bought yours for $250.00 instead of the $325.00 I paid for the one I bought, but being 65 years old I can't wait forever for you to make up your mind...But heck you've only listed yours for 3 months so you're obviously not in any hurry to sell it...

LOL yes sir your wish is my command... I have 3 DM's from you. June 30th you wrote "yes I do" June 30th again you wrote "I'll call you tomorrow" which you NEVER did... July 2nd you wrote "I apologize for not calling. It's is still available. What n questions do you have?" So where and when exactly did you send me a PayPal request and when and where did you send me your PayPal address????????
