TBH, Swedes need to get out more from their national circuit, they have been pretty much non-existent for the last 5 years. Back in 2023 there were Pool European Champs in Tampere, Finland and I don't really remember any players participating from Sweden.

no re-growth is the problem. our two best players are 50+. i think half of our top 10 are, when i think about it. there is some promise in young walter laikre (nevermind the estonian surname, he's ours) but that's about it

I'm just happy someone took on the burden to host and fund these tournaments. Matchroom are a very good organization to pitch these matches to them.
