Naw. Imagine if the "Sandbaggers Unleashed" won the APA National Championships. How would that look?
To keep up with current events how 'bout 'WaxJob'??
Considering these banned names go back to 2003 I don't really think it has anything to do with anybody being "woke." It has to do with liability and brand image.

I wanted to name a team, 'Pool Sharts'.
They did not like Who's Your Rack Daddy.
Shocking that sensitive and witty team names like this are not allowed. Not quite up to Cole Porter double entendre standard, more like a slap in the face with a live fish
Not sure how it started, but to be fair, banning "All Balls Matter" might be considered a bit uptight. Most of the older banned names are sexually suggestive.

ACTIVE SHOOTERS is dark. Kind of funny, but there's no doubt that's getting banned.
POOL TANG CLAN is good, figures it would get shot down, though.

Some I don't get why they'd be banned, at all, what am I missing here? Carom this? I've been saying this different ways, I can't figure it out. BIH is some kind of naughty play on balls in hand, I guess?, what's the Q3 part? Dwight and Dwong sounds like two guys' names that sounds like Right and Wrong...?

Oh, I'm not saying it some of them aren't ridiculous. But that's coming from someone who isn't really "offended" by anything that isn't an insult aimed squarely at me. Even then, if it's from someone I don't know or care about then it's doesn't mean anything to me. But everybody is different. And if not being able to name my league team whatever I want is the worst thing that happens to me on any given day, it's been a good day.
As far as the old ones being sexually suggestive, it's still about liability, brand image, and trying not to offending anyone. I mean, 99% of these leagues are played in bars. So it's not like anyone should be worried about kids seeing them. It's so grown adults hanging out in bars aren't offended (oh, the irony...) and that getting put out in the media and tarnishing the brand.
