I didn't mean to suggest you were. His dad got a little upset recently and I was just using that as an example.I actually wasn't talking about Billy.
My apologies

It's the world we live in, look at all the kids of celebrities that have ZERO talent or ZERO relevance that are now ""influencers"" w millions of young followers for no earthly reason other than their parents are famous! If your dad isn't Ernesto or Stan Shuffet I could give two shits what they have to say because it's not gonna be relevant to professional pool. If your parents own a pall hall I would somewhat care but if they didn't have previous involvement with amateur/pro pool before their kid was born who cares! No apologies necessary.
If the shoe fits...
I'm just amazed at what some of these people say. Especially if they come off like total trash, to people just commenting. Not even being mean.
Just having conversations.
Agassi's dad was a former Syrian pro boxer. He was an aggressive guy by nature and just had a one track mind in terms of how far he would push people including his own son and how far he would be pushed by others.Andre Agassi's dad may of been the worst sports parent ever, specifically bought a house in Vegas w enough space to build a court and forced him to play every day. Jim Brown liked to play tennis and gamble and Andre's dad offered to stake Andre against him for $10,000 when Andre was like 10. Agassi's book Open is really good!
