Best way to thin out collection cues and books... List separate, or bundle in one sell list?

I have hundreds. I store all my cues standing up in racks in my pool room and around 80 in my shop.
Books and memorabilia in a vintage cabinate I bought from a long closed down pool room.

Hard to say. At the present Newsheriffintwn cues.

We move 5 years ago from a house ( Spare bedroom was used for Pool Room)to condo. Downsizing!! This all starting when I mention turning the Condo living room into a entertainment room with pool table. Wrong Comment!!!
