Surprise !

I am not going to complain about the how
cue plays , pretty good for a entry level cue . I intend to put a softer tip on soon . It has a layered Japanese tip according to their website . I doubt it is a Moori ,Glad your pleased with yours George .

I don't know what tip it came with but it was too hard for my liking. I put an Elk Master on it and will get it changed to a quality layered soft tip when I see our local cue guy.

I changed the tip ( too hard) to an Elk Master and it hit much better but will be putting a soft layered tip when I see the local cue guy. I find the cue is pretty good for a cheap cue
I just got to use a Crical today. honestly say, the cue tip is pretty good that came along with the cue. I bought the Crical used from someone who's moving out and selling off some stuff. he says it might be a kamui. tried it yesterday. tip hits soft, very good spin and draw on the CB. I was contemplating on changing the tip initially with an Ultraskin Pro which I held the order for now. I will play with it again today vs a cue with an Ultraskin tip and see how it goes. if I like the feel better, I might keep the tip til it's no longer good, otherwise, I'll install a new one.

I have been using the cue for 3 mos or so and have come to like it a lot . I think I play better with it than any of the wood cues I own . I have more confidence when playing harder shots ,especially inside spin . I am leaving the tip as is ,have not even shaped it yet . I have not put away my Bushka style Owen completely , I play a little one pocket with it once in awhile .

It was definately worth the $224 CDN that I paid for it. It works great and I'm playing some fun runout pool with it.

It ain’t the arrow it’s the Indian.

Back in the 60’s I used to hustle in bars using the war clubs on the wall. Never straight, flat tips shafts all dinged up, it didn’t matter. I still won and had fun!
