I sold him a Mike Sigel original signature cue in perfect condition for $1,000. He paid me via Paypal. After he received it he must have had a case of buyers remorse and he made a claim against me with Paypal, saying the cue was damaged with scratches on it. He then sent the cue back to me with the deep scratches you see here. They were not on the cue when he got it! He must have damaged it somehow and decided to blame me and get his money back. It worked and Paypal gave him a refund and I've got a worthless cue. I've contacted him directly and he is not taking any responsibility for the damage done to the cue. He went quiet when I showed him the photos shown here.

Do you have original pictures or video?
Do you have the guy facebook information? I’ll be sure to monitor him there, if anything, I’ll Ban him out of many cue groups there. This should not happened to anyone.

Let me know if This is him.

That's him. I deleted my pics after the sale. I found some on a thread for the cue I ran on here. Look for the Mike Sigel Cue thread and the posts of pics made on Jan. 13th of this year.

I don’t think so, from what I know.

I think it’s because he bought a cue, paid with good and service. The seller sent a nice n good condition cue, but the guy called PayPal and claimed the cue came to him no good. He made some damage to the cue then sent back to the seller in a xhitty cue case that didn’t protect it well.

He could swap out his damage cue for the seller cue but anyhow that was the issues. Very lowball move to me.

If you read more closely, they had a communications before paypal where the buyer didn't agree on the condition it was supposed to be. We haven't seen anything about that exchange. They did communicate before the buyer shipped from what I understand, I could be proved wrong but that's what I read.

I tried to help both sides on Facebook, they both members in few of the groups I admin on, but he never did reply to my messages. All good, I heard the cue got sold n things are ok now.
