berg v hoang
Hoang leaves himself on the 50 yard line on the 9ball to make the score 2-3. He misses it and leaves a semi-tough 9ball for the Berginator. The Berger King knocks it down to get on the hill. 4-1 to the Iceberg.
Hoang composes himself in the next rack and adds another game to make it 2-4.
The Berg Khalifa to break in the next rack.
My bad, it was Hoang's break, not the Bergamot.
I would even say he is better than Skyler too.Bergman just beat Yapp 5-2, should have been 5-0.
Even though Bergman is rusty, you can tell he is in a different league to Tyler and Billy.
I don't think that will be an issue for him, he is used to playing very long one-pocket sets/matches.I do wonder how his stamina will hold up as the event moves on.
Bergman should have beaten Yapp 5-0. Came up inexplicably short on position for the 7 and failed to run out as he should have.
Still won 5-2 and was very impressive.
Bergman is up to 7th place and is even in racks won and lost. He should have beaten Melling and Souto too.
Had Bergman been up to speed on 9 ball, he probably would have been near the very top. Very impressive.
I think his safety play is as good, if not better, than any other top American player. Seems at least as good as SVB or Gorst.

Bergman is singlehandedly revitalizing my hope for Team USA.
Bergman was, by a mile, America’s best defensive player at 9ball when he competed regularly. Skyler was probably second best back then at defense. If Justin is still showing those refined skills, that is great to hear. He was also a rock solid kicker back in the day.Bergman should have beaten Yapp 5-0. Seriously. Especially in his home state.Jesus Atencio has been a massive disappointment.
I have never viewed Jesus as elite. He produces flashes of brilliance and is a threat to beat almost anyone, but, to me, he is a poster boy for inconsistency.Jesus Atencio has been a massive disappointment.
