OB slow roll to the pocket and stops at the very edge - foul

The league I play in does this crap..they also allow people to soft break and lately it has been allowing more than usual soft racks also...I'm kinda disappointed at this time...

When I sold cars we always gave a used car a 50-50 warranty.
If the car broke in half the buyer got to keep both halves.
My first was a '56 Ford half ton pickup with step sides. In the early to middle 70s it cost 300 and 6 or 7 for the machine shop and parts. Sold her for 1500 . Those were the days 😉 My most regret sale was the 1942 Chrysler Royal. Only 600 were made due to war changes. Bought it for 2 and sold it for 6. Oh well 🤷‍♂️

I would have no problem inspecting their rack. No mater who's break it was. Cheaters will cheat, they will get called out if WE meet . 🤷‍♂️
Knowing what's a good or bad rack is the key. On the 8 ball side pocket break a gap between head and next ball gives the 8 easy escape. (At times) 🤷‍♂️
I inspect and detect then break to the other 2nd ball. NEVER ask for a rerack.

Someone told me that if a CB hits the OB and the OB slow rolls to the pocket without hitting a rail, but crosses the imaginary "rail line" it is not a foul, any truth to this?
Personally, I would call foul, but I could be wrong...

It's a foul no matter where it is on the table, if nothing hits a rail it's a foul. This person tried to play you/ It happens all the time, if you dont' already know who you are playing
Sometimes you run into these people that have to cheat TO WIN. They are losers, not winners

We were not playing, the topic came up when I asked if the OB goes in but goes out and does not hit any rail....

I think you're asking whether it's a foul or legal stroke if an edge of a ball passes beyond the rail while not quite pocketing... yes?
