Made a double bank last night

...successfully, as about 98.9% I've made in my life have been unintentional.

As I was not born within 50 miles of the Ohio River Valley and shooting these as a whippersnapper, I shall happily retire and take up cornhole.

Twice across. Playing last pocket 8 ball. New cloth probably helped lenghten it out.

shot you use in one pocket often. when you cant cut your ball into your pocket near the rail so you just double bank it. they are relatively easy after you learn how they flatten out.

they are nice as you can hit them harder so play better position off the shot.

Managed to make it on a Gandy, agree easier on a Diamond, at least in predicting the angle off 2nd rail. But Gandy pockets scoop up balls like no other table in my experience.

Does it count as a double bank when you jaw one and it bounces out to the other long rail and lands back in the pocket you originally jawed it in??? First time I did that I had to consider if I should keep shooting or sit down. The rule was ball and pocket, I made the ball I called in the pocket I called, good shot I guess.
