Breaking ground on new backyard pool hall

I put a swimming pool off my back patio a couple months ago. Was gonna build my pool hall first but decided on the swimming pool first! Now I'm gonna pour the slab for my one table pool hall next monday! 20 by 24.

I'll put a new gold crown in there with 4 1/2 inch pockets.

65k for the pool, fence and outside furniture! Dont know what the pool hall will cost but the gold crown VII is 13.5k.
