Adams or palmer identification help please.

Picked this old ?? Cue up yesterday for $40.00
It needs alot of work as it has apparently been left leaning against a wall in a damp basement for 30 years or so. Warped like a banana with 3" of lift in the middle...
But I got my money's worth out of it already as I broke and ran 2 racks with it last night .
I did a Google search trying to get a positive ID on it but was still left wondering if it's an adams or a palmer. It has a 3/8 10 pin...So here I am looking for answers and hopefully some documentation.
I plan on breaking this cue completely down and rebuilding it. Going to be alot of work and a challenge but also alot of fun for me..
Any help with a positive ID would be greatly appreciated..

Neither one, 70s-80's Taiwan cue. KaoKao made a gillion of these.

you got a bad deal on it. sometimes when think you are stealing you are the sucker in the deal. it happens to all of us at some time or another.

Well... still a great candidate for testing my refinishing/ rebuilding skills on..
Surprised it has a pro taper shaft...
Oh well, slapped a bit of uv cure resin on it and gave it a polish.. Next I'll cut it apart and replace the wrap section with some Bolivian rosewood and add some super tusk to it... that should make for a pretty nice looking player...

Not a bad deal. It's perfect for what I want to do to it. Plus I like the looks of it..

Kao Kao cue. Could have been sold under any number of brand names.

I have seen a few used as blanks.

Should look great with that handle wood.

The points and veneers look nice but those black dots seem out of place like maybe they should be MOP or something.
