On top center, favoring a hair backspin depending on the gap you have. You can also do a "vertical" jump if the gap is too slim.
When they are frozen like this, it doesn't really matter where you hit the cueball. The ball will go in anyway.

I'd aim the cue with top for a natural bank off the near short rail down to my target on the far short rail, assuming that's what you mean.
Maybe just a touch of outside to counter the cut induced throw on the nine and keep it in the corner...

Haven't read any replies yet but if those balls aren't frozen, you have to hit cross table or you'll foul. That means sooting away from the side of the table the balls are on. I'd load up with a bunch of inside and pull the trigger watch it slowly trickle down to the hole. If that makes sense. You can't hit em straight on.
That being said, you might be able to jack straight up in the air like a massē, but I'm not sure if that would even be clean.

Glance off the side of the OB with L spinglish toward the side the pic is taken from and time it so that OB reaches that corner pocket just before CB does and CB hits OB into that corner.

Which ball do you want to get to the lower left? The cue ball? Does the object ball have to go in somewhere?
The "lower left" is diagonally opposite the corner pocket we can see to the right.
To make the object ball in the obvious pocket and get the cue ball to the lower left corner, you could use a masse shot. Or, use a level cue and point the stick about a ball to the right of the pocket where the OB is going.

Yeah, it's not going in the lower left in any Euclidean scenario no matter how you hit the cue ball.
