Meucci still with the bad customer service

For the last thirty years people have been saying Meucci customer service is the worst. Then a few people say it's fine now, then many people say its terrible. Let's face it folks it's the worst customer service in the industry.

the bigger a company gets the lesser the value of each customer.

the solution is simple if a company doesnt do what you want take business elsewhere or live with what you get .

but i dont have any of their stuff as my stuff is older and i dont change because of some ad,

or what a plethora of bangers come out and say what's new and great.

They are having growing pains. I can assure you that they do care about customer service.
just curious but just how do know that? all i hear are horror stories with an occasional satisfied buyer. they can care all they want but their actions speak way more loudly. more than one company with a good product and intentions has gone into the shitter just based on cust.serv.(or lack of it)

Never had a Meucci.

Never wanted a Meucci.

Will never buy a Meucci.

yea give them some time they are a new business. only in business for 50 years. growing pains are tough.
Yes growing pains can be tough. And yes they have been in business for 50 years. They have new owners for a few years now. They have been working to improve quality, and customer service. Only this year did they start working on introducing some new models. They are remodeling, updating equipment, bringing on new employees. The one thing that they are not doing is pushing out lesser quality products. They are taking a hit on lead times as a result. I have been in manufacturing for 32 years and for the last 10 I have been contracting with a wide variety of companies, so I have a pretty good perspective. I am proud of what Meucci is doing and I think they are on the right track. There are always issues and opportunities no matter the business.

Just for perspective here. I can honestly say I have never heard of or read of any customer service issues with respect to McDermott, Viking, Pechauer or Joss. Oh I'm sure somebody over the years has had a beef about something to do with each of those companies but in general their products and customer service are top notch and have been for over 50 years.

And talk about a LIMITED warranty, here's Meucci's (emphasis supplied by me):

one year against a defect that they make in manufacturing your cue or products?
so if they make a major manufacturing defect and its only appears or you find it after a year. tough shit for you.
think for a minute about that.

you really think a company has to work on customer service. no you just do it right now.

"working to improve quality". that by you recognizes that quality is not up to par for what they charge or make.

"The one thing that they are not doing is pushing out lesser quality products. They are taking a hit on lead times as a result".

that statement implies that they were pushing out inferior products. so now are taking a hit on lead times for making non inferior products anymore.
this all you say, does show by you they are at least trying to get better. and i hope so for pools sake.
